This book is an excellent resource on how to translate data and research in the business world. The guidance is clear, practical, and easy to follow. It’s also highly effective — I’ve already started applying many of the tools with success. The sample scenarios and conversations (highlighting analytic translation in action) are especially useful. Get to what matters
I bought this book to be able to communicate more effectively with my colleagues and adult students. I appreciated the tips on how to be a better listener and how to ask better questions. Although it is marketed as a book to help in the workplace, I feel that it has helped me deal with shy teens, mansplainers, and political monologuers at home over the holidays.
Written in a straightforward, positive manner with real-life examples of challenging situations and viable solutions, this book is useful both in professional and personal relationships.
